Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds therein will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Services complies with the laws applicable to you. longfu88 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited under applicable law.
3.3 Mental Capacity. You must be of sound mind and full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Members who are identified as having gambling-related problems are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools provided or contact support for self-exclusion.
3.4 longfu88 may, at its sole discretion, request additional verification of eligibility from any Member at any time.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register only one (1) Account on longfu88. The maintenance of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
4.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and throughout the life of your account. This includes your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identity document), date of birth, residential address, email address, and Malaysian mobile number.
4.3 KYC Verification. longfu88 requires mandatory KYC identity verification before processing any withdrawal. KYC documentation typically includes a clear photograph of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad, front and back) or valid passport. longfu88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for compliance purposes.
4.4 Non-Transferability. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your longfu88 account or any rights thereto to any third party.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. longfu88 will never ask you for your password through any communication channel.
5.2 You must notify longfu88 support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. longfu88 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
5.3 longfu88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 2FA is available via SMS to your registered Malaysian mobile number and can be configured in Account Settings.
5.4 All bets and transactions placed using your account credentials are your responsibility, unless you have previously notified longfu88 of a security breach and taken reasonable steps to secure your account.
6.1 Currency. All transactions on longfu88 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals.
6.2 Supported Payment Methods. longfu88 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, FPX bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank), and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. Supported methods are subject to change; current methods are displayed on the Deposits page within your account portal.
6.3 Minimum Deposits and Withdrawals. Minimum deposit amounts and minimum withdrawal thresholds are as displayed in your account portal at the time of transaction. These may vary by payment method.
6.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed for verified (KYC-complete) Members only. Standard withdrawal processing time is 15–30 minutes during normal operating hours. longfu88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time.
6.5 Source of Funds. longfu88 may request evidence of the source of funds deposited into your account as part of ongoing compliance obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal restrictions or account review.
6.6 Inactive Account Fees. Accounts that remain inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to an inactivity maintenance fee, as notified to the Member's registered email address prior to deduction.
7.1 Specific rules governing individual sports, casino games, slots, and esports markets are set out in the product-specific rules accessible within each game or betting section of the longfu88 platform. These product rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7.2 longfu88 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was accepted as a result of a technical error, manifest pricing error, or system malfunction. Affected Members will be notified and stakes refunded where applicable.
7.3 Minimum and maximum bet and wager limits apply across all products and are displayed at the point of bet placement. longfu88 reserves the right to adjust individual Member bet limits at any time without prior notice.
7.4 All casino games and slots on the longfu88 platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) independently audited by recognised gaming test laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are available within each game's information panel.
7.5 Live casino games are subject to the rules displayed at the respective table at the time of play. In the event of a game interruption due to technical failure, the game will be voided and stakes returned unless sufficient game data exists to settle the round.
8.1 All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers provided by longfu88 are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from Bonus Funds.
8.2 Bonus Funds and Real Money Funds are held separately within your account wallet. When you have both active, Real Money Funds are used first for wagers unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
8.3 Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, coordinated staking patterns designed to exploit offer mechanics, or collusion — will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and may result in account suspension.
8.4 longfu88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where practicable. Promotional offers are made available at longfu88's sole discretion and are not guaranteed to be repeated.
8.5 Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the longfu88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
10.1 All intellectual property on the longfu88 platform — including but not limited to the longfu88 brand name and logo, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, and data — is the property of longfu88 or its licensed third-party providers.
10.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any longfu88 content.
10.3 Any unauthorised use of longfu88 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence.
11.1 The longfu88 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. longfu88 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.
11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, longfu88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.
11.3 longfu88's total liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
12.1 longfu88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time and without prior notice where longfu88 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a financial, regulatory, or reputational risk to the platform.
12.2 Where an account is suspended pending investigation, longfu88 will endeavour to conclude its investigation within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the Member via their registered email address.
12.3 Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting longfu88 support. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds balance (net of outstanding promotional wagering obligations) will be returned to the Member via their registered withdrawal method after identity verification is confirmed.
12.4 Accounts closed due to confirmed fraud, money laundering, or serious breach of these Terms will have all associated funds forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.

15.1 These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which longfu88 is licensed to operate.
15.2 In the event of a dispute between a Member and longfu88, the Member should first contact longfu88 support in writing via the registered email address to seek informal resolution. longfu88 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
15.3 Where informal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be referred to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body as designated by the applicable gaming regulatory authority under which longfu88 operates.
16.1 longfu88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via their registered email address or via a platform notification displayed upon next login, no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by applicable law or regulatory direction.
16.2 The current version of these Terms, with the effective date noted at the top of this page, constitutes the binding agreement between longfu88 and its Members. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
